AdrenalinAdrenalin (Chris Sargent Jr.) started DJing after witnessing his first event in Montreal on July 15, 2000. The way DJ Tiesto commanded the crowd was beyond words and, one month after that life changing night, Adrenalin purchased his first set of decks. Trance was his first love and will always have a special place in his heart but, after hooking up with Stavros at Joyryde doing street promotions for shows and parties in the northeast U.S. and Canada, Adrenalin was exposed to progressive DJ's like Max Graham, Deep Dish, and Nick Warren who provided the next metamorphosis for him. Deep, dark sounds that moved the soul were the soundtrack for the next year, only to be forever changed by one Swedish DJ in September of 2001, Christian Smith. No one moved Adrenalin in that way since that first event almost 2 years earlier. Power, aggression, driving rhythms - Techno!!

These traits were reminiscent of Adrenalin's early school days listening to industrial, black metal and hardcore. Acid Techno & Hard Techno would be the sounds that Adrenalin would come to be known for, but still continues to play the occasional deep progressive set when the time is right. Whether mixing passion and power into his unique brand of pounding techno or bringing the audience on a deep progressive journey, Adrenalin will move your mind, as well as your body and soul.

Adrenalins' love of Montreal has brought forth the priviledge of Route 66 being the exclusive U.S. street promoters and ticket agent for Sweet Leaf Productions. Sweet Leaf, run by DJ Indica (Luc L'Heureux), are long running veterans of the Canadian electronic music scene and have worked with some of the industries best, including DDR and Chris Liberator. A great friendship has been developed and future opportunities are endless.

Both passion for the music and the art of DJing will provide focus and dedication to the Route 66 crew and all future projects. The future is very bright in the northeast!
